Long Day of meetings

Today, I have spent all day in meetings.  We are preparing to do yearly evaluations with our staff and also have the whole church involved in a report card process.  I know that there are things we need to fix and improve on as a church so we will be learning about all of that through the end of July.  I like the process, because it will only make us better.  What about you?  When was the last time you evaluated your spiritual life, marriage, parenting etc.  I am also having the staff do a 360 degree evaluation on me.
