Hard Conversations Waiting

This week has been full of hard conversations that I have needed to have.  The problem is that I am like a lot of you that I don't like them.  Here is what I have discovered through the last few years of leadership and hopefully have it through my thick skull now.  If you know you need to have a hard conversation don't wait or it could hurt the relationship or even the organization.  

I really believe that there is a lot of pain that I could have saved myself and LifeQuest if I would have dealt with conflict earlier or had the hard conversations.
