Mind Dump from Sunday

This is long over due, my reflections from Sunday. All I can say is Sunday was OFF THE CHAIN!!! I can't believe what God is doing and here's a little of what we saw this weekend:

• We had my friend and mentor Dr. Gary Pinion in town doing some consulting and helping us build stronger leadership systems. God used Dr. Pinion to blow me away with some thoughts on leadership that I had never had. FYI: I am not related to Dr. Pinion but have been great friends for over 20 years.
  
• We met with a new church plant downtown K.C. and there were about 18 men who were encouraged as Gary and I shared some leadership stuff.
• 2 People Accepted Christ Sunday.
• The NewComer's Luncheon was really good, about 30 adults there - wow can't wait to see what God has in store.
• Dr. Pinion preached both services and knocked the ball out of the park, he is so authentic and real, love that about him.
• Our 2nd Worship Experience had less than 25 chairs left and the 1st Worship Experience was fuller than normal.
  
• The North Campus had a creative worship experience and I heard folks really enjoyed it.
  
• We have atleast 21 couples involved in Financial Peace University, can't believe how God is using that to change people's lives.
• I am so excited about what God is doing at LifeQuest, our best days are ahead.
