Leading with Passion

I've been thinking a lot about leadership lately and after writing the last blog post on leading with anger, I realize that instead of leading of leading with anger I need to lead with Passion.

We are living in a day and an age where there is not a lot of passion in people's lives. People are worn out, tired and losing heart. Do you know of someone that has lost heart? Have you ever lost heart?

What happens when we lose heart and passion for life?
  • We become negative.
  • We drift.
  • We feel neglected.
  • We become selfish.
  • We become more sensitive.
  • We operate our of half of a tank instead of a full tank: emotionally, spiritually, mentally and physically.

2 Samuel 22:46 - They lost heart and started to play into the enemies hands. How many times have I let my heart begin to fail me and start to play into satan's hand???

David said in 1 Samuel 17:32 that no one should lose heart.

If you have lost your passion today then ask yourself what you can begin to do to reclaim it. The biggest advice I could give is GET IN GOD"S WORD AND SEEK JESUS NIGHT AND DAY. DAY AND NIGHT. UNTIL HE GIVES YOU THE PASSION BACK.
