Reconnecting

Today I had the opportunity to reconnect with a old friend who discipled me when I was a teen.  Scott and I went to lunch to catch up on all the years that we have missed.  It was what Scott said to me that really made my day.  Scott said "Chris, I want to reconnect so I can help you in any way possible."  I was able to share some of my struggles and Scott listened.  After we left there Scott also said, "Chris, I am 50 now, and I want to make the rest of my life really count."  I am really looking forward to hangin with Scott more often, he is a true friend and loves regardless of my flaws.  What about you, do you have a true friend that won't judge you and loves you regardless of your flaws?
