Sunday Night Mind Dump

Okay, despite my feelings and struggles, I never thought today would turn out as good as it did.  Here's a list of what happened.

• The band opened up with a song from Creed called, "My Own Prison".  Great number.
• Three really cool worship songs.
• J.R. nailed it with "Best of you" by Foofighters!
• The message even though it was tough to prepare with some internal struggles, was one of the better received messages.
• 4 People gave their lives to Christ, oh yeah, that's what I live for.
• Darrin did an excellent job with sound and I am digging having three screens that add to the worship experience and compliment the room.
• Our offerings over the last two weeks have put us in a crisis type situation, BUT God came through today with $6,349.98 HIGHEST OFFERING in the History of LifeQuest that I know of.
• Can't wait til next week, people were talking about all their lost friends and family members that they are inviting.  
• North Campus has found a place to meet, more details later on that.  Really cool update when I do it.
• Next week I will be teaching on "What to do when Life deals you a BAD hand".
• Don't forget to invite a friend who needs hope next week!
• I don't know the attendance numbers but both services were pretty full.
• I love being your pastor and would ask you to pray that I can stay focused on Jesus!  There is some hurt right now in my life but Jesus reaffirms over and over that I should ONLY play for HIM and HIM ALONE!!!
• One last thing, I apologize for those of you who have asked about the sermons on video, we are a week behind but should get caught up this week.
