REthink Christmas Outreach

This year we are ReThinking Christmas. I'm not talking about the purpose of Christmas, but how we celebrate Jesus birthday. As we began to pray, we asked ourselves how we, as a church, could do Christmas in a way we had never done it before. The result? We decided to plan an evening of serving dinner and buying gifts for two housing developments here in the Belton area. How are we going to do it?

In partnership with Craig White, owner and operator of Oak Hill Development, we are inviting families to participate in a Christmas celebration at LifeQuest which will include dinner, a Christmas service featuring a Children's Christmas Choir, and distributing gifts to these families.

The Outreach Team at LifeQuest has been working hard distributing the information to each of these housing developments and is being received in an awesome way! It's going to be our most exciting outreach ever! How can you help? Distributing flyers, serving food, decorating for the event, helping to collect support from local business, or purchasing needed items are all ways you can be a part of ReThink Christmas 2008!
